Challenging Student & House Moves – Adrian Man & Van Birmingham
Today, we completed two complex moves across Birmingham. First, a full 3rd-floor student move from Acocks Green to Northfield, and second, a shed and large items move from Harborne to Walsall. Our client required careful handling of large furniture, appliances, and numerous boxes.
Move 1: Acocks Green → Northfield
- 5 IKEA Pax wardrobes (some disassembled, some not)
- Ottoman bed dismantled on site
- 20 large bags (~50kg each) and 30 boxes
- Fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer
- Lift too small for some items → used stairs for large furniture
Our Solution
As Adrian Man & Van, we sent two movers with our 7-meter Iveco Daily van (loading area 4.70m x 2.20m x 1.90m). We made two trips to transport all items safely. Our moving trolley helped carry heavy items, and we had tools ready for dismantling furniture.
